El objetivo de esta investigación ha sido profundizar en el conocimiento del funcionamiento de los procedimientos de selección en el sector público.  Para ello se han tenido en cuenta dos aspectos: a) la validez predictiva de los predictores empleados y b) la justicia percibida por los trabajadores contratados respecto al proceso de ion y a las pruebas utilizadas y su relación con el rendimiento de las pruebas y el desempeño del puesto de trabajo. Los resultados que el test de conocimiento del puesto es el mejor predictor del desempeño y que las reacciones de los candidatos presentan una correlación positiva con el desempeño del puesto y con los resultados del test de juicio situacional. Se discuten las limitaciones de la investigación, así como las implicaciones prácticas de los resultados.

Aunque los TJS se emplean fundamentalmente para medir liderazgo, destrezas interpersonales, personalidad o habilidad cognitiva (Christian, Edwards y Bailey, 2010; McDaniel y Nguyen, 2001) también pueden medir conocimientos del puesto, algo que coincide con la concepción de Schmidt (1994) o Schmidt y Hunter (1993) sobre estas pruebas. Christian et al. (2010), en su metaanálisis basado en los constructos medidos por los TJS, encontraron que los que medían conocimientos del puesto, tanto de tipo declarativo (nombres, términos, fechas) como procedimental (acciones, destrezas y operaciones), presentaban una validez corregida de .19.

– On July 9th is published the definitive list of people admitted according to the score and excluded (deadline to present appeals from June 11th to June 25th inclusive) of the categories of doctor, nurse, nurse, social educator and maintenance officer.

– On August 13, 2020 the definitive list of applicants for the specialties of doctor, nurse and social educator is published (deadline for submitting appeals is one month from August 14, 2020).

– On October 26, 2020 the rectifications of errors in the definitive lists of the specialties of maintenance personnel and social educator are published (deadline for submitting appeals is one month from October 27, 2020).

– On November 12, the provisional list of selected candidates of the metge/essa is published, updated until October 31 (deadline for submitting applications from November 13 to 26, 2020 inclusive).
